You may browse and purchase from this site for personal, non-commercial use. You agree not to interfere with the site's operation, attempt unauthorised access, scrape content at scale or use it for unlawful purposes.

We describe our pieces as accurately as possible. Photography is taken under studio lighting and colours, finishes and scale may appear slightly different on your screen. Handmade and engraved details vary naturally between pieces.

An order is an offer to purchase. A contract is formed when we confirm dispatch. We may decline or cancel an order in cases of suspected fraud, pricing error, stock unavailability or an impossible personalization request, and will refund you in full.

Prices are shown in the currency displayed at checkout and may change without notice. Obvious pricing errors do not bind us. Import duties and taxes may apply on international orders and are the recipient's responsibility.

Payment is taken at the time of order through our payment provider. By submitting payment details you confirm you are authorised to use the payment method.

You are responsible for the accuracy of the text you submit, including spelling, capitalisation and accents; pieces are engraved exactly as entered. Changes are possible within 12 hours of ordering, before production starts. We may refuse personalization that is unlawful, offensive or infringes someone else's rights.

Delivery estimates are indicative and start after production. Risk passes to you on delivery. See our Shipping Policy.

Returns, including the treatment of personalized items, are governed by our Returns & Refunds Policy, which forms part of these terms. Statutory consumer rights are not affected.

The Velaura name, logo, product designs, photography and website content are our property or used under licence and may not be copied or reused without written permission.

To the extent permitted by law, our liability for any order is limited to the amount paid for that order. We are not liable for indirect or consequential loss. Nothing in these terms excludes liability that cannot lawfully be excluded.

You agree to provide accurate contact, address and personalization details, to keep account credentials confidential and to follow the care instructions supplied with your jewelry.

We may update these terms; the version published when you order applies to that order.
